Due to the nature of our products, all sales at OhMyStickers are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size expectations, or similar reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at info@ohmystickers.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or defective item

We’ll send you a free replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion, once the issue is confirmed.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery at info@ohmystickers.com and we’ll correct it at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at info@ohmystickers.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
