These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ohmystickers.com (the “Site”), operated by Arnaez Studios LLC (“Arnaez Studios,” “OhMyStickers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site, or you must have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that any information you provide us is accurate and complete.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, logos, and content on the Site are the original creative work of Arnaez Studios LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a physical sticker or digital file grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that item for personal purposes only.

You may NOT, without our prior written permission:

Reproduce, copy, scan, or redistribute our designs in any physical or digital format
Resell, sublicense, or use our artwork for commercial purposes
Modify our designs and claim them as your own
Use our artwork to create derivative products for sale

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We strive to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted (in which case we will contact you before completing the order).

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors, PayPal and/or Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in pricing or product information.

6. Shipping

Physical products currently ship within the United States only. Estimated shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on shipping issues, lost packages, and returns.

7. Digital Products

If we offer digital products (such as downloadable PNG artwork), those files are for personal use only under the license described in Section 3, unless a separate commercial license is explicitly purchased. Digital products may be made available to customers outside the United States. Due to the nature of digital goods, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except as required by law or as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including our social media pages) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arnaez Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arnaez Studios LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
